In today's highly competitive, global commercial environment, motivated and inspired employees are absolutely paramount in order to achieve team and organisational objectives and improve business performance. However, the unrelenting commitment and enthusiasm of all employees is difficult to achieve without effective, on-going motivation and inspiration.
I am a motivational speaker with a genuine passion and infectious enthusiasm for Strategic Leadership, Innovation, Total Quality Management, Customer Service Excellence and Effective Communication - all fundamental elements of business performance.
In graduating in 2014 with a First Class BA Honours Degree in Leadership & Management, I also received the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award from Loughborough College in recognition of my expertise demonstrated in the aforementioned subjects and for achieving the highest grade ever awarded in the history of Loughborough across all degree courses (Testimonials).

By utilising my entreprenurial spirit in conjunction with over 33 years extensive, hands-on business management and leadership expertise across a broad range of sectors with major international organisations and SME's, I engage with employees at all levels to motivate and inspire them effectively, to impact positively on both individual and team performance and, in turn, improve corporate results.
Inspired Motivation Programme
We offer our clients at IBC the opportunity to achieve on-going motivational support by following up motivational seminars or presentations with our "Inspired Motivation" emails and series of short, inspirational online tutorials in order to achieve continuity and maximise performance levels.
We offer a one month trial of the Inspired Motivation programme which provides a reasonable time frame to evaluate performance levels and assess the benefits of the programme - which we feel sure you will find are positive. The Programme is available on a monthly or annual basis at individual or special group rates; the latter is dependent on the number of employees signed up to the programme which we would be pleased to discuss on request.
